Al\u00e9m de Moraes, os votos foram proferidos por Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Edson Fachin, Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia e Dias Toffoli.<\/p>\n<p>O ministro Cristiano Zanin est\u00e1 impedido de participar do julgamento por ter atuado como advogado em processos da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato antes de chegar ao Supremo.<\/p>\n<h2>Entenda<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Na \u00faltima quinta-feira (24), Moraes determinou a pris\u00e3o do ex-presidente, para dar in\u00edcio ao cumprimento da condena\u00e7\u00e3o a oito anos e 10 meses de deten\u00e7\u00e3o por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva e lavagem de dinheiro em um dos processos da Lava Jato.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Em 2023, Collor foi condenado pelo STF.
