O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva conversou neste domingo (2) com moradores da comunidade do Jamaraqu\u00e1, que re\u00fane cerca mais de mil fam\u00edlias de extrativistas e ribeirinhos, na Floresta Nacional (Flona) do Tapaj\u00f3s, que fica no Oeste do Par\u00e1. A visita faz parte de uma s\u00e9rie de agendas pr\u00e9vias \u00e0 30\u00aa Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre Mudan\u00e7a do Clima (COP30), que acontecer\u00e1 no per\u00edodo de 10 a 21 de novembro, em Bel\u00e9m, no Par\u00e1.<\/p>\n
Antes disso, nos pr\u00f3ximos dias 6 e 7 de novembro, Lula vai presidir a C\u00fapula do Clima, que reunir\u00e1 dezenas de chefes de Estado na capital paraense. Por isso, ao longo da pr\u00f3xima semana, o presidente permanecer\u00e1 no estado. Aos ribeirinhos, ele discursou valorizando a oportunidade que a c\u00fapula oferece de dar visibilidade \u00e0 Amaz\u00f4nia e fazer o mundo ter um olhar diferente, que vai al\u00e9m da preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da natureza.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cEssa COP30 \u00e9 um momento \u00fanico na hist\u00f3ria do Brasil, porque \u00e9 um momento em que a gente est\u00e1 obrigando o mundo a olhar a Amaz\u00f4nia com os olhos que deve olhar para a Amaz\u00f4nia. N\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 pedir para a gente manter a floresta em p\u00e9\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\u201c\u00c9 preciso pedir para que a gente mantenha a floresta em p\u00e9 e para ela ficar em p\u00e9, n\u00f3s temos que dar sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica, educacional, de sa\u00fade para as pessoas que tomam conta dessa floresta em p\u00e9, porque essas pessoas n\u00e3o ganharam o que comer, as pessoas n\u00e3o v\u00e3o tomar conta de nada\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n
Pr\u00f3xima a Alter do Ch\u00e3o, a comunidade do Jamaraqu\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 reconhecida pelo turismo de base comunit\u00e1ria, com trilhas por dentro da floresta e dos igarap\u00e9s, e ainda pela fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de bioj\u00f3ias.<\/p>\n
A ministra do Meio Ambiente e Mudan\u00e7a do Clima, Marina Silva, tamb\u00e9m participou da visita. Segundo ela, o estilo de vida das fam\u00edlias da regi\u00e3o protege a floresta. \u201cAqui \u00e9 exemplo de bioeconomia, aqui \u00e9 exemplo de sociobiodiversidade, aqui \u00e9 exemplo de como mant\u00e9m a floresta em p\u00e9 e ela gera condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida e dignidade para as pessoas\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n
\u201cAqui tem os extrativistas, aqui tem os artes\u00e3os e as artes\u00e3s, aqui tem os seringueiros e seringueiras, aqui s\u00e3o muitas as atividades que eles v\u00e3o combinando ao longo do ano\u201d, completou.<\/p>\n
Segundo ela, os ribeirinhos sabem respeitar o clico da floresta, mant\u00e9m a mata de p\u00e9 por gera\u00e7\u00f5es, o que da dignidade \u00e0s fam\u00edlias. Segundo a ministra, a Flona do Tapaj\u00f3s re\u00fane 1,2 mil fam\u00edlias distribu\u00eddas em uma \u00e1rea de mais de 500 mil hectares preservados.<\/p>\n
