A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) indiciou o ex-deputado estadual Thiego Raimundo de Oliveira Santos, conhecido como TH Joias, e outras 17 pessoas por envolvimento com fac\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas do Rio.<\/strong><\/p>\nA conclus\u00e3o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o \u00e0 Entorpecentes (DRE) da PF foi encaminhada ao desembargador Mac\u00e1rio Ramos J\u00fadice Neto, da 1\u00aa Se\u00e7\u00e3o Especializada do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF2).<\/p>\n
Entre os indiciados est\u00e3o criminosos do Comando Vermelho (CV) e do Terceiro Comando Puro (TCP), al\u00e9m de policiais militares, um delegado federal e Alessandro Pitombeira Carracena, que ocupou cargos\u00a0de secret\u00e1rio na prefeitura do Rio e no governo estadual.<\/p>\n
Tamb\u00e9m foi indiciado o delegado da PF, Gustavo Steel, preso em flagrante, na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Zargun, por colegas enquanto estava de plant\u00e3o no Aeroporto Internacional do Rio<\/strong>. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que ele repassava informa\u00e7\u00f5es confidenciais a criminosos.<\/p>\nAntes da pris\u00e3o, Steel chegou a consultar sistemas de seguran\u00e7a para verificar a exist\u00eancia de mandados contra Dudu e \u00cdndio do Lix\u00e3o. Dias antes de ser preso, o delegado publicou uma foto ao lado da companheira, que aparece usando um anel feito por TH Joias.<\/p>\n
Dudu, Luiz Eduardo Cunha Gon\u00e7alves, era assessor parlamentar de TH Joias na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj). Ele \u00e9 suspeito de atuar como vendedor e operador de aparelhos antidrones para fac\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas.<\/p>\n
J\u00e1 Gabriel Dias de Oliveira, o \u00cdndio do Lix\u00e3o, favela de Duque de Caxias \u00e9 apontado como elo do Comando Vermelho e TH Joias. Ele tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 investigado por comprar fuzis no Paraguai e vender para o Comando Vermelho.<\/p>\n

No dia 3 de setembro deste ano, TH Joias e outras 14 pessoas foram presas durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Zargun, realizada pela PF e Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Rio (MPRJ). O ex-deputadp estadual parlamentar foi preso num condom\u00ednio de luxo, na Barra da Tijuca, zona sudoeste da cidade.<\/p>\n
No mesmo dia, o parlamentar foi destitu\u00eddo do cargo na Alerj. TH Joias era joalheiro e, antes de ingressar na pol\u00edtica, fabricava pe\u00e7as de ouro cravejada de diamantes para jogadores de futebol e artistas.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ele foi indiciado pelos crimes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, tr\u00e1fico interestadual de armas e drogas, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o ativa, lavagem de dinheiro, contrabando, explora\u00e7\u00e3o clandestina de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, evas\u00e3o de divisas, viola\u00e7\u00e3o de sigilo profissional e embara\u00e7o \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p>\n
