Atualmente, a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 da\u00a0Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM).<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cApresentei uma proposta, que est\u00e1 sendo discutida no \u00e2mbito do Executivo, para ampliar o per\u00edmetro regulat\u00f3rio do Banco Central. Tem muita coisa que deveria estar no \u00e2mbito do Banco Central e que est\u00e1 no \u00e2mbito da CVM, na minha opini\u00e3o, equivocadamente\u201d, disse ele, em entrevista\u00a0na manh\u00e3 de hoje ao programa <em>UOL\u00a0News<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Para o ministro, essa mudan\u00e7a deveria ocorrer porque, em sua vis\u00e3o, \u201ch\u00e1 uma intersec\u00e7\u00e3o muito grande entre os fundos e as finan\u00e7as\u201d, o que pode trazer impactos para as contas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIsso tem impacto at\u00e9 sobre a contabilidade p\u00fablica, por exemplo. A conta remunerada, as compromissadas, tudo isso tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a contabilidade p\u00fablica\u201d, disse ele, ressaltando que essa fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Banco Central j\u00e1 acontece em outros pa\u00edses desenvolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEu entendo que seria, inclusive, uma resposta muito boa neste momento n\u00f3s ampliarmos o poder de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os fundos por parte do Banco Central porque a\u00ed fica num lugar s\u00f3. Fica tudo sendo supervisionado e regulado num lugar s\u00f3, que \u00e9 mais ou menos o desenho dos bancos centrais do mundo desenvolvido.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Opera\u00e7\u00f5es recentes realizadas pela Pol\u00edcia Federal t\u00eam demostrado que alguns fundos de investimentos podem estar sendo utilizados em fraudes no pa\u00eds. Um desses exemplos \u00e9 o caso envolvendo o Banco Master e os fundos da Reag Investimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Na semana passada, o Banco Central anunciou a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da Reag Investimentos, hoje CBSF Distribuidora de T\u00edtulos e Valores Mobili\u00e1rios S.A. A institui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 suspeita de administrar fundos fraudulentos ligados ao Banco Master. O esquema funcionaria por meio de uma ciranda financeira de dep\u00f3sitos e retiradas por diversos desses fundos, com o objetivo de ocultar o benefici\u00e1rio final do dinheiro. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, as fraudes podem superar os R$ 11 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Elogios<\/h2>\n<p>Durante a entrevista de hoje, o ministro fez elogios ao atual presidente do Banco Central, Gabriel Gal\u00edpolo, dizendo n\u00e3o ter se arrependido de ter sugerido o nome dele para ocupar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<strong> Haddad\u00a0ressaltou que Gal\u00edpolo vem atuando \u201ccom grande compet\u00eancia\u201d no caso do Banco Master e em outros problemas que herdou de gest\u00f5es anteriores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ele [Gal\u00edpolo]\u00a0herdou um problema que \u00e9 o Banco Master, todo ele constitu\u00eddo na gest\u00e3o anterior. O Banco Master n\u00e3o aconteceu na gest\u00e3o atual, o Gal\u00edpolo descascou um abacaxi.
