O lan\u00e7amento ocorreu no F\u00f3rum Econ\u00f4mico de Davos, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a. Lula foi um dos cerca de 60 chefes de Estado e l\u00edderes internacionais convidados a compor o colegiado.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No ano passado, Mahmoud Abbas, cujo governo exerce autoridade sobre a Cisjord\u00e2nia, mas n\u00e3o governa Gaza, defendeu, em entrevista \u00e0 rede \u00e1rabe Al-Jazeera, que o plano de paz para o enclave s\u00f3 poderia ser duradouro se garantisse a soberania palestina sobre o territ\u00f3rio.
