Acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica firmado entre o Minist\u00e9rio da Gest\u00e3o e da Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablico (MGI) e o Servi\u00e7o Florestal Brasileiro (SFB) com o Google vai tornar o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR)\u00a0mais eficiente, afirmou nesta quinta-feira (2), a ministra Esther Dweck.<\/strong><\/p>\nSegundo a ministra do MGI, a parceria permitiu a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o imediata de imagens de sat\u00e9lite de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o referentes a 2008 dos estados do Maranh\u00e3o, Rond\u00f4nia, Mato Grosso, Tocantins e Par\u00e1.<\/p>\n
\u201cVai facilitar muito e vai permitir a todos os agricultores que est\u00e3o em dia com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o terem a vida facilitada, porque o CAR \u00e9 base para cr\u00e9dito rural, vai ser base para o mercado de carbono e uma s\u00e9rie outros benef\u00edcio\u201d, explicou a ministra.<\/p>\n
Em entrevista ao Bom Dia Ministra<\/em>, programa do CanalGov<\/strong>, Esther Dweck lembrou que a gest\u00e3o do CAR chegou ao MGI em 2023, para melhorias no sistema criado pelo C\u00f3digo Florestal para que propriet\u00e1rios de terra pudessem declarar tanto as \u00e1reas preservadas em suas propriedades, quanto as que j\u00e1 haviam sofrido mudan\u00e7as no uso da terra.<\/p>\n>> Siga o canal da Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/strong> no WhatsApp<\/p>\nO C\u00f3digo Florestal, estabelecido em 2012, prev\u00ea percentuais de \u00e1reas privadas que podem ser desmatadas em cada bioma e cria a ferramenta autodeclarat\u00f3ria, que tem como refer\u00eancia o ano de 2008, para estabelecer o quanto ainda \u00e9 poss\u00edvel avan\u00e7ar na abertura de \u00e1reas verdes para atividades como agricultura, pecu\u00e1ria e outros empreendimentos que exigem grandes extens\u00f5es de terra.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cUma das coisas que para a gente era importante eram imagens de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o desse marco temporal de 2008 e, desde o in\u00edcio do governo a gente veio conversando e com o Google a gente viu uma possibilidade. Ent\u00e3o, eles fizeram uma doa\u00e7\u00e3o das imagens\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Segundo a ministra, al\u00e9m das melhorias j\u00e1 realizadas no sistema do CAR, como a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados de registro de terras, que possibilitou a oferta do servi\u00e7o de licenciamento ambiental pr\u00e9-preenchido, tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel avan\u00e7ar da valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados declarados.<\/p>\n
Nessa quarta-feira (1\u00ba), o MGI disponibilizou \u00a0o novo conjunto de imagens para acesso p\u00fablico no cat\u00e1logo de dados do Google Earth Engine\u00a0e no Google Earth.<\/p>\n
