Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o primeiro trimestre, o crescimento foi de 12,4%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No primeiro semestre, por\u00e9m, o lucro recorrente somou R$ 7,4 bilh\u00f5es, queda de 17,6% em 12 meses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Divulgado nesta quarta-feira (26), o resultado do segundo trimestre mostra forte expans\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito, especialmente no financiamento imobili\u00e1rio, mas com aumento da inadimpl\u00eancia e a necessidade de elevar provis\u00f5es para perdas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A margem financeira, que representa os ganhos do banco com opera\u00e7\u00f5es que envolvem juros, alcan\u00e7ou R$ 19,7 bilh\u00f5es no trimestre, crescimento de 20,2% em um ano.<\/p>\n<h2>Cr\u00e9dito impulsiona<\/h2>\n<p><strong>A carteira de cr\u00e9dito total da Caixa chegou a R$ 1,448 trilh\u00e3o em junho, alta de 11,9% em 12 meses e de 2,7% no trimestre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio continua sendo o principal neg\u00f3cio do banco e representa 69,4% da carteira total.<\/p>\n<p>O saldo dessa carteira atingiu R$ 1,005 trilh\u00e3o, crescimento de 15% em um ano. <strong>De abril a junho, as contrata\u00e7\u00f5es de financiamento imobili\u00e1rio somaram R$ 137,6 bilh\u00f5es, alta de 29,3% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Caixa manteve a lideran\u00e7a no mercado habitacional, com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente 68%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outros segmentos tamb\u00e9m apresentaram crescimento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dito para pessoas f\u00edsicas: R$ 156,5 bilh\u00f5es, alta de 8,7% em 12 meses;<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dito para empresas: R$ 113,9 bilh\u00f5es, alta de 6,5%;<\/li>\n<li>Carteira total: R$ 1,448 trilh\u00e3o, alta de 11,9%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Inadimpl\u00eancia aumenta<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Apesar do crescimento do cr\u00e9dito, a inadimpl\u00eancia avan\u00e7ou. O \u00edndice de opera\u00e7\u00f5es com atraso superior a 90 dias ficou em 3,64%, contra 2,66% um ano antes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O principal ponto de aten\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 no agroneg\u00f3cio. A inadimpl\u00eancia no segmento chegou a 20,74%, ante 7,02% no segundo trimestre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nas demais carteiras, os \u00edndices foram:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pessoas f\u00edsicas: 6,29%;<\/li>\n<li>Pessoas jur\u00eddicas: 14,05%;<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio: 1,45%;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Infraestrutura: 0,03%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A carteira imobili\u00e1ria, que concentra a maior parte dos empr\u00e9stimos da Caixa, apresentou \u00edndice de inadimpl\u00eancia bem inferior ao registrado nas demais modalidades.<\/p>\n<h2>Mais provis\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Diante do aumento do risco de cr\u00e9dito, a Caixa ampliou os recursos destinados a cobrir poss\u00edveis perdas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A despesa com provis\u00f5es para perdas de cr\u00e9dito alcan\u00e7ou R$ 6,97 bilh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre, alta de 97,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2025 e de 6,9% ante os tr\u00eas primeiros meses deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o banco, a forte concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da carteira em financiamentos habitacionais e opera\u00e7\u00f5es com garantias contribui para reduzir as perdas esperadas e dar maior estabilidade ao cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<h2>Rentabilidade cai<\/h2>\n<p>Mesmo com o aumento do lucro no segundo trimestre, a rentabilidade da Caixa recuou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O retorno sobre o patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido (ROE, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) ficou em 9,16%, queda de 2,7 pontos percentuais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a junho de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A receita com presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os somou R$ 7,54 bilh\u00f5es, alta de 12,9% em 12 meses.
