{"id":467168,"date":"2026-09-29T00:30:02","date_gmt":"2026-09-29T03:30:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrnews.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/09\/29\/presidente-do-tse-reclama-de-interferencia-em-decisoes-da-corte\/"},"modified":"2026-09-29T00:30:02","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T03:30:02","slug":"presidente-do-tse-reclama-de-interferencia-em-decisoes-da-corte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrnews.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/09\/29\/presidente-do-tse-reclama-de-interferencia-em-decisoes-da-corte\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente do TSE reclama de interfer\u00eancia em decis\u00f5es da Corte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por EBC, <\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>O presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), Kassio Nunes Marques, enviou nesta segunda-feira (28) um of\u00edcio ao presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Edson Fachin, para reclamar de &#8220;indevida sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia&#8221; sobre as decis\u00f5es da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s o ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino derrubar a decis\u00e3o de Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, do TSE, e liberar a postagem do humorista Antonio Tabet sobre Nossa Senhora Aparecida.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Venho manifestar minha elevada preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com epis\u00f3dios reiterados de indevida sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia e de viola\u00e7\u00e3o ao juiz natural no \u00e2mbito do Supremo Tribunal Federal que v\u00eam impactando diretamente a condu\u00e7\u00e3o da elei\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral&#8221;, afirmou o presidente.<\/p>\n<p>Kassio tamb\u00e9m defendeu mudan\u00e7as na tramita\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos no Supremo para evitar a derrubada das decis\u00f5es do TSE.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A extens\u00e3o, por via reclamat\u00f3ria e mediante decis\u00e3o monocr\u00e1tica, dos efeitos de provimento jurisdicional a publica\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o identificadas, altera a arquitetura constitucional da jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral e fragiliza a unidade de comando necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 condu\u00e7\u00e3o do processo eleitoral&#8221;, completou.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cedo, Kassio se reuniu presencialmente com Fachin e levou as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es pessoalmente.<\/p>\n<h2>Entenda o caso<\/h2>\n<p>Neste domingo (27),\u00a0o ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino atendeu a um pedido do humorista Antonio Tabet para restaurar uma postagem no X sobre Nossa Senhora Aparecida, que havia sido removida por decis\u00e3o do ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, no \u00e2mbito do TSE.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O humorista veiculou uma foto de imagem religiosa com a legenda: \u201ca fam\u00edlia miliciana odeia tanto mulher preta, que resolveu atacar Nossa Senhora Aparecida\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O candidato \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL) acionou a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral com a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de que o fato era \u201cinver\u00eddico\u201d e trazia \u201cdiscurso de \u00f3dio e imputa\u00e7\u00e3o de crime\u201d. O pedido obteve decis\u00e3o liminar no TSE para a retirada da postagem e de conte\u00fados semelhantes sob pena de multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 30 mil.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Durante a semana, surgiram informa\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0de que\u00a0grupos evang\u00e9licos ligados \u00e0 campanha de Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro defendiam a destitui\u00e7\u00e3o de Nossa Senhora Aparecida de \u201cPadroeira do Brasil\u201d.
